1. What is Vietnam EVISA?

Vietnam E-visa is an electronic visa issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department through an electronic system. Foreigners outside Vietnam may apply by themselves or through a requesting agency/organization, depending on the case.

Under the regulations effective from 15/08/2023, Vietnam E-visa is valid for up to 90 days and may be issued for single or multiple entries. E-visa is available to citizens of all countries and territories; however, entrants must still meet entry conditions and must not fall under cases of temporary suspension of entry under Vietnamese law.

Important note: The service prices below are support package prices based on the price table provided by the client. They are not state fee rates. The state fee currently announced on the official portal for self-application is USD 25 for a single-entry E-visa and USD 50 for a multiple-entry E-visa; this fee is usually non-refundable if the application is refused.

2. Documents to prepare

Sample standard portrait photo: white background, looking straight ahead, even lighting.

Please send the following basic information in advance:

✓ Passport bio page/information page photo: clear, showing all 4 corners, no glare, not blurred, and no information covered.

✓ 4x6 cm portrait/passport photo: JPG/JPEG, under 2MB, white background, looking straight ahead, no hat, no glasses, polite attire.

✓ Expected entry - exit dates, entry/exit border gates, and accommodation address in Vietnam.

✓ Contact email/phone number to receive the application code and E-visa result.

✓ Valid passport; in practice, it should be valid for at least 6 months to avoid risks during airline/immigration procedures.

3. EVISA service price list

Exchange rate for conversion: 1 USD = 26,500 VND. VND prices have been rounded up to the nearest hundred VND as requested.

Note: The timeline above is counted in working days and depends on the submission time, photo/passport quality, declared information, and processing requirements of the competent authority. Applications requiring further verification may take longer than expected.

4. Why use a support service?

5. Working process

Send documents

Customer sends passport bio page photo, portrait photo, and expected itinerary.

Check

Review information, photos, border gates, and suitable E-visa type.

Submit application

Complete the declaration, submit on the system, and monitor processing.

Receive result

Send the E-visa PDF and provide guidance on printing and checking before the flight.

6. Notes to avoid delays or refusal

⚠ Do not use a portrait photo taken at an angle, with glasses, wearing a hat, dark background, or over-edited photo.

⚠ The passport bio page photo must clearly show the entire information page; do not crop corners, avoid glare, and keep the passport number sharp.

⚠ Full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, and expiry date must match the passport exactly.

⚠ Select the correct entry/exit border gates from the list permitted for E-visa use. The list of border gates may be updated under new resolutions.

⚠ After issuance, print the E-visa on paper and recheck all information before the flight date.
